T-TalentTech – Multidisciplinary Skills for ICT Professionals (KA220-VET – Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training (KA220-VET-84985086)

Objectives:

  • Reduce the skills gap in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector;
  • Develop a T‑Shaped Skills competency‑based learning model;
  • Create a talent management model tailored to ICT companies;
  • Strengthen cooperation between VET (vocational education and training) providers and the business sector;
  • Establish the T‑TALENTTECH European network to support digital transformation and policy integration.

Activities:

  • Implement ICT training programs for the workforce;
  • Deliver upskilling actions for VET trainers;
  • Develop strategies and frameworks for corporate talent management;
  • Create a T‑Shaped Skills Learning Model;
  • Organize pilot training sessions;
  • Host business forums;
  • Expand and consolidate the T‑TALENTTECH network;
  • Engage policymakers, SMEs, and educational institutions to integrate the project’s methodologies into workforce development strategies.
