MOOC

MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) are online courses that offer free and open access to educational and training content for a large number of participants. MOOCs provide an accessible and flexible way to learn new skills, advance in your career, and experience high-quality education on a large scale. They deliver content in digital formats, often interactive, with complete flexibility regarding time and learning pace.

These courses promote the democratization of knowledge and flexibility in learning, being one of LIED.IPT’s key initiatives in the field of distance education.

Information for teachers

LIED provides support for the creation of MOOCs by IPT faculty. To submit a proposal, please refer to the following documents:

1. Regulation for MOOC creation (available soon)
2. Proposal form for MOOC creation
   • Note: In the training offer form, under the “Observations” section, you must indicate: 1) the platform where the MOOC will be hosted (Moodle IPT Platform or NAU Platform); 2) the estimated duration (number of hours); 3) the expected start date.
