- Address the challenges of sustainability and digitalization in the marketing sector in Europe;
- Identify essential digital and sustainability skills for marketing professionals, adapting vocational and higher education curricula and offering specialized training courses.

- Needs and gap analysis;
- Development of educational materials;
- Curriculum adaptation;
- Implementation of a micro-credential system to certify new skills.
