T-TalentTech – Multidisciplinary Skills for ICT Professionals (KA220-VET – Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training (KA220-VET-84985086)

Objectives:
- Reduce the skills gap in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector;
- Develop a T‑Shaped Skills competency‑based learning model;
- Create a talent management model tailored to ICT companies;
- Strengthen cooperation between VET (vocational education and training) providers and the business sector;
- Establish the T‑TALENTTECH European network to support digital transformation and policy integration.
Activities:
- Implement ICT training programs for the workforce;
- Deliver upskilling actions for VET trainers;
- Develop strategies and frameworks for corporate talent management;
- Create a T‑Shaped Skills Learning Model;
- Organize pilot training sessions;
- Host business forums;
- Expand and consolidate the T‑TALENTTECH network;
- Engage policymakers, SMEs, and educational institutions to integrate the project’s methodologies into workforce development strategies.
