The event was organised in partnership with NERSANT and brought together several representatives from regional companies interested in contributing to a strategic reflection on the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/lied.ipt.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/T-Talenttech-4-4-edited.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lied.ipt.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/T-Talenttech-4-4-edited.png 750w, https:\/\/lied.ipt.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/T-Talenttech-4-4-edited-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop began with a presentation of the T\u2011TalentTech project, outlining its objectives, areas of intervention, and expected impact on developing technological talent and strengthening companies\u2019 digital capabilities. This was followed by an overview of ICT sector trends in Portugal, highlighting the key movements shaping the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the highlights of the session was the two discussion rounds focused on the identified trends, where participants shared their experiences, challenges, and expectations regarding technological evolution within the business ecosystem.
