Objectives:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Reduce the skills gap in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop a T\u2011Shaped Skills competency\u2011based learning model;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Create a talent management model tailored to ICT companies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strengthen cooperation between VET (vocational education and training) providers and the business sector;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Establish the T\u2011TALENTTECH European network to support digital transformation and policy integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Activities<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Implement ICT training programs for the workforce;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Deliver upskilling actions for VET trainers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Develop strategies and frameworks for corporate talent management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Create a T\u2011Shaped Skills Learning Model;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Organize pilot training sessions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Host business forums;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Expand and consolidate the T\u2011TALENTTECH network;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Engage policymakers, SMEs, and educational institutions to integrate the project\u2019s methodologies into workforce development strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
