With a budget of \u20ac400,000 and a duration of 30 months, this European project aims to tackle the skills gap in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector by developing a T-shaped skills learning model and a talent management framework for ICT professionals, trainers, and companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"617\" src=\"https:\/\/lied.ipt.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/job-5382501_1280-1-1024x617.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-542\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lied.ipt.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/job-5382501_1280-1-1024x617.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lied.ipt.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/job-5382501_1280-1-300x181.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lied.ipt.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/job-5382501_1280-1-768x463.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lied.ipt.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/job-5382501_1280-1.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>T-TalentTech seeks to boost workforce adaptability, align training with industry needs, and strengthen collaboration between education and business sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The international consortium includes organizations from four European countries: Sunnm\u00f8re Kulturn\u00e6ringshage AS (Coordinator) and Volda University College (Norway), Acorist and Co\u015fkun\u00f6z Education Foundation (Turkey), ilmiolavoro and Centro Diffusione Imprenditoriale Toscana (Italy), and IPT together with NERSANT \u2013 the Business Association of the Santar\u00e9m Region (Portugal). Both Portuguese partners will contribute to developing training content, skills analysis, and implementing innovative learning models, reinforcing their shared commitment to professional qualification and digital transformation. Beyond this new project, IPT and NERSANT maintain an active collaboration in various initiatives related to innovation, training, and regional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is yet another European project where IPT stands out as a reference institution in promoting digital education and building strategic international partnerships.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Through LIED, IPT joins the T-TalentTech consortium, approved under the Erasmus+ KA220-VET program.
